Centring the safety, agency and liberation of all people


I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor and use a number of approaches depending on the needs and goals of the client. I am a member of ANZPATH and am PACFA registered. I have formal training in humanistic therapies, such as Person-Centred and Focusing Oriented Therapy, Existential Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, Interpersonal Processes approach, and Systemic Family Therapy, as well as using elements from Emotion Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy.


I am personally and professionally committed to reducing systematic and social inequalities and working with people to navigate these challenges and the mental health outcomes that can result.
